Where do I find my account number?
Your account number is on your invoice. It is a 7 digit alphanumeric number which is located just on top of the delivery address.

How can I order mixed boxes?
This can only be done by emailing your order to customerservice@juiceandco.com.au. Please note minimum order requirements apply.Please provide your account number and business name and dont proceed to the check out.

How can I add to my order once I have placed it online?

Email any additional order requirements to orders@juiceandco.com.au by 2.00pm on the same day, stating your account number.

If you do not receive confirmation of your order additions from customer service, your order changes have not been made. You may need to reorder this product the following day.

How can I change my order?
Email any order changes to customerservice@juiceandco.com.au by 2.00pm on the same day, stating your account number.

If you do not receive confirmation of your changes, your order will be delivered as per your original online order.
